The splicing you see offered here were devised and made for my son's sailboat rigging business in the PNW.

He taught me to do some splicing that he could use in his working application.
​
As an artist, I am proud of keeping my splices consistant for him. When he reaches into his bag and grabs out the color orange, he knows what he has in his hand. A splice with the strength of pulling 5000 pounds and has a loop on each end and is under 24" long.

I've had clay as part of my life for 50 years and still am enjoying the creation.
The work seen here grace my shelves at home. Off exhibition and looking for a new home.
